Attention! Returns of tiles and porcelain tiles are made only in whole packages.
Exchanges, returns and claims for goods are made only if you have a sales receipt, as well as a civil passport or a document replacing it in accordance with the laws of Armenia.

Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery is carried out from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 20:00.
- When calculating the cost of delivery, the total weight and volume of goods is taken into account.
- The proposed unloading site must have a passage for a truck.
- To avoid repeated delivery charges, please be there at the appointed time to receive the item. Due to scheduling reasons, the driver cannot wait more than 20 minutes.
- The cost of unloading is 10 AMD/kg. Unloading of large format slabs is calculated individually.
